FACILITY RENTAL DISCOUNTS
- Clayton residents receive a 20% discount on room rental fees.
- Members of the Northmont Area Chamber of Commerce and non-profit organizations receive a 15% discount on room rentals.
- During the months of January, February and March, a 25% discount will be applied to all Saturday and Sunday rentals and Monday through Friday after 3:30pm rentals.
- Discounts may not be combined. Only the highest discount will be applied to any one event.
- Special discounts and promotional rates may be offered when determined to be in the best interest of the City.
FACILITY RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Rentals fees cover an event period of up to 5 hours. Event time over 5 hours may be contracted at an additional charge. There is no additional fee for same-day set-up and tear-down. If the room is available the day prior to the event (Sunday thru Friday only), it may be reserved for a discounted rate for set-up.
- Rental rates do not include food, beverage or event rentals (i.e. alcohol, linens, dance floor, etc.).
- An active credit card is required to be on file with Meadowbrook in the instance that addition fees or damages are incurred.
- Major Holidays: New Years’ Eve, New Years’ Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
- Special discounts and promotional rates may be offered when determined to be in the best interest of the City.
- Meadowbrook rental fees are not subject to credit card convenience fee.
